I have tried the free version of cutme short to check if it would fit my needs, and I was able to create this url https://cme.sh/HcPcoD easily, but I'm used to tinyurl where I can personalize the second part of it, like replacing HcPcoD by whatever I want like test-my-product.

Yes definitely you can do that, So in the short link creation process when you paste your long URL just right to it you can see a field `Custom Slug` where you can put any of your custom keyword like test-my-product etc.
As an example 500 links per month, can you explain: is it "you can have only 500 links each month (the same ones, and to create new links, some old links ones will have to be deleted)" or "you can create 500 new links each month"?

I am very interested in purchasing a lifetime license of your service through AppSumo. Before doing so, I would like your assistance in enabling the link shortening feature with my own domain.
My domain is xergio.site, hosted with Neubox (https://www.neubox.com/).
So far, I have already configured the DNS settings as follows:
Created an A record for go.xergio.site pointing to your server IP 139.59.221.173.
Verified that the subdomain is propagated correctly.
However, I haven’t been able to get the shortening feature to work yet. Could you please help me complete the configuration so that I can fully use my custom domain with your platform?
Once this is resolved, I am ready to proceed with the lifetime purchase.
