Adding users to workspace is broken and support sucks
I've made several attempts both at trying to add a user to to a workspace, and asking for help though their chat because it's broken. No real trackable response; no resolution.
I've also requested several times to change the email address on the primary account, and again NO RESPONSE, when the app should have been built to accommodate that without a support request.

It may have have advanced features that i haven't used, but the interface is very clean and easy to navigate. Adding a new link is straight forward.
The best part was actually the analytics when I had to tell the hosting company that most of our users use mobile devices, and I had no analytics on the hosted website we have. But sending a newsletter with cutmeshort links gave me all the details I needed.
I'm not a super user in this space, but I really love the ability to create short links, and also generate QR codes that are branded aswell.
