Q: Critical Bug: Bot fails to answer simple questions explicitly stated in the KB?

Why does the chatbot completely fail to answer simple questions (like product price) that are already clearly written and imported into the Q&A Knowledge Base? I provided the exact price in the backend, but the bot just replies "We couldn't find any results". Is this a known bug in data retrieval, and when will it be fixed?
