Why does the chatbot completely fail to answer simple questions (like product price) that are already clearly written and imported into the Q&A Knowledge Base? I provided the exact price in the backend, but the bot just replies "We couldn't find any results". Is this a known bug in data retrieval, and when will it be fixed?
