Q: Truely Whitelabel or just half cooked?
Is it Whitelabel feature smoothly or else we need to share the screenshots/recordings all the time to resolve the issues?
Is email feature working smoothly? If any feature is still in beta, can you highlight that?

White Label
Yes, CX Genie does offer white label capabilities. That said, like any growing platform, we're continuously refining and improving the experience. We won't pretend it's 100% perfect yet, there are areas we're still polishing, and we genuinely welcome feedback (with screenshots or recordings when needed) so we can fix things faster. We know that's not ideal, and we're working to reduce that friction.
Mailbox / Email Feature
The email/mailbox feature is currently in beta and is only available to Tier 3 users as part of our early feedback program. We rolled it out selectively to collect real-world feedback and improve it before a wider release. So yes, it may not be fully smooth yet, and we want to be upfront about that.
Overall Platform:
We're a platform that's actively growing and improving. Bugs get fixed, features get better, and your feedback is a big part of how we prioritize what to work on next.
If you have specific pain points, we'd love to hear them!
If you provide a list of modules with their status, whether it's 100% Working, Partially Working, Not Working yet, it will be better for customers.
Currently, most of the features or modules are just for showcase, almost everything is half-cooked.
