Is it Whitelabel feature smoothly or else we need to share the screenshots/recordings all the time to resolve the issues?

Is email feature working smoothly? If any feature is still in beta, can you highlight that?

Hello CX Genie team, Congratulations on building such a promising platform. I am considering purchasing Tier 3 and using CX Genie as part of my agency services. I would like to know whether Tier 3 supports a true multi-client setup. For example, if I manage multiple customers under my main account, can each customer receive their own login and access only their own chatbot, help desk, conversations, workflows, and data? In other words, can clients manage their own environment independently without being able to view or access any information belonging to other clients within my agency account? If so, is this achieved through separate workspaces, organizations, subaccounts, or another mechanism? Thank you in advance for clarifying.
