Did you try to use your platform by yourself? It's not working at all. I don't know why you're still selling this product, but it's not working.

- Why does the chatbot completely fail to answer simple questions (like product price) that are already clearly written and imported into the Q&A Knowledge Base? I would like to know whether Tier 3 supports a true multi-client setup. For example, if I manage multiple customers under my main account, can each customer receive their own login and access only their own chatbot, help desk, conversations, workflows, and data? In other words, can clients manage their own environment independently without being able to view or access any information belonging to other clients within my agency account? If so, is this achieved through separate workspaces, organizations, subaccounts, or another mechanism? Thank you in advance for clarifying.
