Q: How can I assign seats?
After the upgrade, I can't use my 5 seats, I already contacted support three days ago, but no solution. I got tier 3 since the first time, but the seats are not working, accounts are not upgraded, and I cant eliminate seats to assign new ones, can you check it please?
Already contacted support directly from the webpage but 3 days ago and no solution. Thank you
