Are you aware and trying to solve that? (not trying to bother but I root for your success and I am afraid this can affect your image)

Q: Version 2.0 is breaking the server?

A: Hi there, there has been a spike in server usage since the migration which is causing the video processing delays. We are working on the same right now to have it sorted soon.
