Hi, I’m curious what the integrations with tools like Google Meet and Zoom. Since it already records your screen and say you’re in Zoom or Google Meet meeting, what does the integration with those tools actually do?

Jul 28, 2025A: Hi there, we have a meeting bot that joins your meetings, records automatically and then helps you to transcribe them or generate notes with AI later.
We don't explicitly show them on our integrations library. Rather we showcase the integration with Google calendar and Teams calendar.

Is the bot visible or invisible? I hope or let's say, would like the bot to be invisible / hidden, like TimeOS AI notetaker.
@Yan42 - the bot is currently visible to all participants in the meeting.
Do we have to participate in the Zoom/Google Meet meeting, or does it record automatically? Thank you.
