Good Day Team, We've reached out to support a few times so posting here, hoping for a speedy response. We are on Tier 5; we've invited four additional team members in addition to myself as the Admin (or 5 licenses). When one of the four other users, clicks on the automated Dadan welcome link, they log in using their Microsoft credentials and Dadan forces them to create a new account that is disconnected from the Team account set up. NOTE: Essentially, they set up a separate Dadan account unrelated. This is a problem. We have sent multiple communications without a response. Thank you for the continued support! Best!
Hi there. I bought Dadan Tier 2 and just activated it. I followed the instructions and somehow I'm on the Trial Plan, not the Professional Plan. I can't find anything anywhere to contact support so I'm asking for help here.
Why some of the video screen recording take so long to render? For the first 5, it took about less than 1-2 min. Then when i create the 6th, 7th and 8th video screen recording, they are taking ages to render. It has been about 12 hours now, but all of them still "rendering".
