Can the video forms be embeded to our website so users can submit video forms or should we send them the link .

Can you help me understand how I can collect video form submissions from my website visitors with their email ids & also consent to contact them ? Can we add these fields
Can we cap the video time to 3 -5 mins max also if needed ? How long can the video be ?

Aug 21, 2025A: Hi Blabs, video forms work on embeds and direct link shares. The interactions do not work when you download the video and upload to external media players.
The anonymous submission is for request a video feature where you ask one of your users to submit a video to you - example a customer support agent asking the user to record the video of the issue.
We don't have the option to customize form fields now. But you can add a subtext below about the consent
There is no limit to the video, it is upto you. You have the option to pause the video at a time frame and show the form.

Thanks for the response . Can I collect the video responses by embedding the form on my visited and then using webhooks can I send the transcribed text to another tool ? . Subtext may not be explicit , it should be selected by the user to give consent to be fair
Yes, when you embed videos to your site, the form will appear. You can collect leads and use webhook to send info to your CRM/email tool.
