Q: Pre-Sales questions about plan features & benefits

Hi, Nizamudheen,

I have several pre-sales clarity questions around plan features.

1. Can you share your integrations page URL or name them here?
2.Can you explain how Dynamic variables would work with an example?
3.Can you explain a Branched demo vs interactive walkthrough vs linear demo?
4.What do you mean by Contact heat map? What exactly is being tracked?
5.What Custom CTAs are available and how many total are offered in your tool?
6.Are User seats referring to team members, customers, or something else?
7. What upcoming improvements, enhancements, fixes, features, etc. are you excited about for new users when considering a purchase?

Thanks,
Alex

p.s. What are 1-2 under-the-radar benefits or features you would like us to know that are not explained or described well on the AppSumo page?

A: Hi Alex, great set of questions - let me go through them one by one.

1. Integrations: Native CRM push to HubSpot is ready, plus webhooks, APIs, and Zapier (waiting for approval) for everything else + you can add any script to the <head> or <body> (e.g. use-cases such as live support, analytics, popups, marketing automation etc.)

2. Dynamic variables let you personalize a single demo for many viewers without rebuilding it. For example, drop a {{first_name}} or {{company}} variable into your demo, and when you send a unique link to each prospect, it auto-fills - so Sarah from Acme sees "Hi Sarah, here's how Acme can use..." while the demo itself stays one asset. This is available in campaign as well

3. Good question, here's the simple version:
- Linear demo: multiple pages tagged to topics. The viewer marks what's important to them, and the demo auto-personalizes to show only the relevant pages.
- Branched demo: the first page acts as a router (pick your industry or role) here you are tagging multiple demo's to a demo, and clicking sends the viewer down a whole demo path built for them. Think of it as several linear demos linked together.
- Interactive walkthrough: a step-by-step product tour built from screenshots, with tooltips and highlighted clicks - like a guided "click here, now here" tour inside your actual product screens.

4. The heatmap shows engagement across your demo - which feature viewers clicked, replayed, or lingered on, what links they clicked, which attachment they downloaded etc., It tells you exactly where attention went, so you can spot what's grabbing interest and what's getting skipped.

5. CTAs are flexible - you can add links to book a call, start a trial, visit a pricing page, download a resource, and so on. They can live on individual pages or at the end of a demo, and there's no hard cap that gets in your way - you set them per page and per demo as needed.

6. User seats are your team members - the people in your org building and managing demos. Not customers or viewers; those are unlimited on the viewing side (governed by your contacts limit for tracked leads).

7. Plenty to be excited about. The big one is our AI layer on the roadmap - pitch recommendations, call-prep intelligence, and demo-hub, deal room etc. Als, the AI planned as bring-your-own-key for all our users, so there is no cap. We're also continuing to deepen the buying-intent signals and CRM sync.

P.S. Two under-the-radar things:

- Reusable Pages - your demo content lives in a single source of truth. Build a topic once (say "Lead Generation"), and reuse it across as many demos as you want. Update it in one place, it updates everywhere.
- Buying Intent Signals at the topic level - most tools track views and watch time. Dale tracks which specific topics a viewer flagged as important, giving your team real pre-call intelligence no one else surfaces natively. That's the real moat.

More;

- Segments and campaigns : you can group your contacts into segments and send personalized demo campaigns to each, with unique tracking links per prospect. So you're not just building demos, you're running targeted outreach and seeing who engages, all from inside Dale.

- Multi-workspace with its own branding and team (Tier 3 and above) - if you run multiple brands, products, or client projects, each gets its own workspace with separate branding (logo, colors, domain) and its own team members. One account, cleanly separated setups - great for agencies and multi-brand operators.

Hope that helps, Alex - happy to go deeper on any of these.

Thanks, nizamdale!

Follow-up:

4. Do the heatmaps show data in a visual data presentation style or some other style? Are there limits on what is recorded, reported, and filtered for certain data points?
5. Re. For CTA downloads as a resource, are there file size and total resource storage limits?
6. Re. User seats, are there permission levels per seat?
7. What is the AI layer timeline?

Got it - since there's a character limit on replies, let me answer these one by one so nothing gets cut off. Here's the first:

4. Heatmaps are visual - see at a glance where attention went (clicks, replays, lingering) versus what got skipped. Every signal is also captured per viewer, so you can drill into individual prospects. No real cap on what's recorded.

5. Resources tie into your storage limit, which scales by tier - generous enough for typical assets (PDFs, decks, videos). Single attachments uploads are limited to 5MB

6. Yes - permission levels per seat (who builds/edits vs who just views analytics), plus workspace access controls and multi-workspace on Tier 3+ for clean role separation across teams and brands.

7. Rolling out in phases over the coming months - pitch recommendations and call-prep intelligence first. Bring-your-own-key users, so you plug in as each piece ships. I'll keep buyers posted.
