I just have to give a good review now. Deftform is one of the best deals I've made on AppSumo so far and earns me 10 out of 5 Tacos. A few months ago, I had some points of criticism, but the developers are working very diligently and consistently on Deftform. It truly gets better every month. I see a fantastic future for Deftform if it continues to develop so well. The best part is that it is a GDPR-compliant EU solution. Please never give up on your software and keep working on it – it will be great.

I have a small wish: I would be very happy if, alongside the form contents, a full-fledged contract signing with timestamp could be added, similar to the tool "Notch," which is also on AppSumo. That would be my ideal all-in-one solution.

I bought it as a replacement to FormEngineer (also from Appsumo) that disappeared. I previously tried a more expensive product from Appsumo, expecting better results, but it lacked important features, leading me to try Deftform.

Deftform has all the features I needed, and much more. The UX is simple and intuitive, so I was able to create and try my first form in minutes. It offers many options to meet my needs, such as custom CSS, HTML insertion, webhooks, regex validation, predefined answers via links, and more.

The UX is well organized, separating the simple features from the more advanced ones for more technical users. The documentation is concise and effective.

It is immediately clear that it is a polished product crafted by professionals with long experience in actual needs. You can quickly set up an email for routing the form and be ready in minutes. I would expect to get a simple message telling me that one more form was filled. Instead, I got a detailed message including the answers and a link to the attached files, which saves me a lot of time.

This is surely the best form application I have ever used.

I grabbed this one as a replacement for jotform. So far it's feeling superior. I tried a ton of other form ltd's and none had done it but this one is feeling like what I needed.

This tool has proven to be incredibly versatile and valuable in various applications. I also used it to create a waitlist page. Previously, I purchased another service specifically for that purpose, but I must say that Deftform surpasses it completely. I have since continued to utilize it for many other tasks and am highly satisfied with its performance.

Deftform is almost perfect for what I want and need.

First the great stuff.

I was looking for a form builder I could embed into my website that included a signature box. Lots of options out there for the first part, not so many for the second requirement.

Deftform has come to my aid with a tool that is easy to set up, easy to embed and has a lot of features which make it great, and the price, well I think if you need something like this it's a no brainer.

It has an AI assistant which helps get things started, but I found it quick enough to pick the things I need myself.

Have a play with it first and see if it fits what you need. It works well and the thing I like is the team has one off addons which helps add more functionality or remove branding all at a good price. Wish more businesses thought about things like that.

OK, onto the things I'm not too fond of.

For such a great tool with lots of options and things you can setup or change I find it weird that while I can choose the font it uses, and all the colors, I can't pick font size. You have to rely on adding a CSS file. Which might be find for some people, but thought it would be easier, especially as everything else has plenty of options (Let me know if I've missed it somehow)

I also would like the email confirmation content box to be expandable to see everything at once, it just has a scroll bar, while the admin notification box has the ability to make bigger.

Very small problems that really are nitpicking when the rest of it works really well and solves all my form needs. Well done to the team.
