I don't typically need white labeling because I'll be using the tool only with my company. What would an end user see that white labeling would eliminate? Does the whole thing run only in its own subdomain (assuming white labeled)? Is it fully SaaS? Can it be embedded? Or become a pop-up? Can you provide an example of what a client would see we gen chatting?
Also, can the UI be customized? Or will it always simply look like an AI chat?

A: Hi Tom, good questions, and your math is off by more than you'd think.
1) A credit is charged when the AI thinks, not per message. If a contact fires off 5 quick messages, the bot waits for them to finish and answers once, and that is one charge even if the reply comes out as 3 bubbles.
More importantly, 1 credit per reply is not the rate you would be on. AppSumo accounts run on our own...
