Please help me understand what I am buying. Is it simply access to use your platform with 100 free credits, then once those are done, we have to keep buying credits to use the system?

Are you not following the roadmap? Are you marking features as complete when they're not? I find this strange.

1) if people have quesitons or talk to DM champ, where does the knowledge base come from?
2) does it come with a free number or how does the phone number work? we have to buy and connect it?
