Q: Actual product

Hi team, can I confirm that amongst other features, DM Champ is a chatbot that is specially trained to do sales?

Is there configuration to train the bot on our data/knowledge and actions to redirect the lead e.g. to another website/parent website etc.? Does the bot refers to CRM data source e.g. Notion to "remember" this lead has spoken to?

A: Hi there, thanks for the question.

Yes, DM Champ is an AI sales chatbot at its core. It is designed and tuned for sales conversations across WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, Messenger, Facebook, and a web chat widget. The default behavior, prompt structure, and onboarding flow are all built around qualifying leads, handling objections, and driving toward a goal (booking, purchase, signup, etc.). It can also do support, booking, or general conversation, but sales is what it is built for.

On training the bot on your data and redirecting leads, yes, both fully supported:

You write the bot instructions in plain English (role, conversation flow, tone, what to avoid, what counts as success). It works like onboarding a new sales rep.

You fill in Company Info, Unique Selling Points, Pricing, Objection Handling, and FAQs. The bot pulls from these on every reply.

There is a guided setup that takes your website URL and auto generates the bot instructions, the company info, and an FAQ library by analyzing your site. You can refine everything after.

You add Resource links (parent website, pricing page, booking page, product catalog) and the bot drops them into conversation naturally when relevant. So redirecting a lead to another site or a checkout page is just a matter of giving the bot the link and telling it when to share it.

There is a Playground tab where you test the bot with sample conversations before going live.

On remembering the lead and CRM data:

Out of the box, the bot already keeps full conversation memory per contact. Every prior chat with that lead, across any channel, is available to the bot on the next message. It will remember that they spoke before, what they asked, what they were quoted, where they dropped off, etc. That happens automatically, no setup required.

For external systems like Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, or your own database, we have a Custom Functions feature. You point the bot at an API endpoint (Notion has a public API, so this works), tell it when to call it, and the bot can look up a lead's record live, push new info back, create a CRM entry when a lead qualifies, check order status, verify a coupon, etc. The customer never sees the lookup, they just get an answer that includes the live data. You can configure these in Settings, no code needed beyond your API key and endpoint.

If you want a deeper look, the relevant docs are under AI Automation in our docs site (AI Bot Setup, FAQ Management, and Custom Functions cover everything above).

Hope that helps.
