Hello Team,
I see you you can assign credits to subaccounts when using your credit system.
1. But is it possible to assign credits to subaccounts when using a BYOK? If possible, please share how can I achieve this.
2. I don't understand how Facebook messenger and Instagram works, I have connected them but can't utilize it coz I don't know how. A lot of videos I've seen they demonstrate whatsapp usecase,do you have videos that demonstrate the use if Facebook and Instagram? Please share.
3. I have connected my custom SMTP but when I sign up a subaccounts, no email is automatically sent. For the email to be sent, i have to press the change pasword button. Is this normal behavior?

May 11, 2026A: Hey! Yes, even if you have your own API key, you can assign credits to your subaccounts. The way it would work then is that if a subaccount uses a credit, it would use your API key instead of your credits.
Regarding Facebook Messenger and Instagram, the only limitation at the moment is that you cannot do outgoing campaigns. However, if you just connect those channels and create the incoming campaign, and somebody messages you on Messenger, Facebook, or Instagram, it will automatically go into DM Champ and the AI will respond.
Regarding your email: when sending email to subaccounts or creating the subaccount, there is a toggle you need to turn on to send the login details to them.
