Q: Almost everything - Sales vs Support Training / Email / WhatsApp cost question
Hi Sohaib,
Your platform may have everything I need to ditch missive. Could you confirm a few final details:
1)Training
a)If trained well enough is there any reason why the support queries would underperform compared to sales queries? Trying to see if the sales focus would mean support queries would be less accurate.
b)Is there any 'auto refresh' of url's - or do I have to manually update a bot?
2)Email - this is the missing channel to the unified Inbox.
I'd like to connect my IMAP/SMTP email and let the training Ai bot run auto replies - do envision this being possible within 2026?
3)I already have a verified WhatsApp API number via Twilio. Checking I can connect this to DM Champ and:
- Pay no additional costs (except to Twilio)?
- Use my approved WhatsApp Twilio templates to initiate chats?
