Q: Differences to CX-Genie.

Hello, could you explain to me the difference and the advantages compared to the CX-Genie software?

The software seems to have the same function and also a better credit system that provides new credits monthly in the Lifetime Deal.

Thanks

A: Hey, good question. I'll be upfront that I'm the founder, so I'm biased, and I haven't used CX-Genie deeply enough to give you a fair feature-by-feature comparison. From what I've seen it leans more toward website chat and support tickets, while DM Champ is built around selling in the DMs: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, SMS and a website widget, with comment-to-DM campaigns, automatic follow-ups, AI appointment booking synced to Google Calendar, and replies tuned to feel like a human rep (typing delays, short messages, voice note and image understanding) rather than an obvious bot. Higher tiers add agency sub-accounts (Tier 2 and up) and full white labeling (Tier 3 and up).

On credits: our deal gives you one-time credits, and from Tier 2 up you can plug in your own Anthropic API key so the AI runs on your key and you pay Anthropic directly at their rates, or you can top up credits whenever you need. That is deliberate. The lifetime deal covers the software, not unlimited AI forever, because that is the only version of an AI lifetime deal where the economics actually work. When a deal promises monthly refreshing AI credits for life, someone is paying for that AI every month, and it is not you. That tends to catch up with a product sooner or later.

Which brings me to the honest part of the comparison: CX-Genie's deal is currently paused by AppSumo itself over unresolved support issues, and it is sitting at a 4.1 rating with 11 one-star reviews. I would not tell you what to buy, but I would tell you to read those reviews before deciding whose credit system is better designed.

That said, the fairest test is still your own: both deals come with AppSumo's 60 day refund window, so once theirs is back you can run them side by side on your real use case and keep the one that makes you more money. Happy to answer anything specific in the meantime.
