From what I've seen it leans more toward website chat and support tickets, while DM Champ is built around selling in the DMs: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, SMS and a website widget, with comment-to-DM campaigns, automatic follow-ups, AI appointment booking synced to Google Calendar, and replies tuned to feel like a human rep (typing delays, short messages, voice note and image understanding) rather than an obvious bot. Higher tiers add agency sub-accounts (Tier 2 and up) and full white labeling (Tier 3 and up).

On credits: our deal gives you one-time credits, and from Tier 2 up you can plug in your own Anthropic API key so the AI runs on your key and you pay Anthropic directly at their rates, or you can top up credits whenever you need.
