staedeliQ: Facebook Marketplace?
Hi, I'm looking for a FB marketplace automation. I have everyday people asking the same questions. Nobody seems to be able to do this? they say it doesn't have an API...?!
also we have a magento shop with 2k products and a KB with hundreds of guides. Can the chat refernce this in the answers? can it also do support or only sales?

May 28, 2026A: Hey, yeah. Facebook Marketplace automation does not have an API. Anything that is out there is a grey hat area, so we don't have a Facebook Marketplace integration.
Regarding your 2,000 products and knowledge base with hundreds of guides, yes, our systems support this. You have two options:
1. You could track those products into the knowledge base.
2. You could build a custom function where the AI makes an API call to your store to get the relevant product info.
