A: OUR ROADMAP

To give you a sense of our pace, here's just last month: a new Max AI tier (our in-house model, 75% cheaper per AI action), iMessage as a channel (beta), LINE as a channel, support for multiple WhatsApp Web numbers with smart link routing across them, team chat assignment with auto-distribution, browser push notifications, bring-your-own SMTP, bring-your-own Twilio, and a big knowledge base overhaul (one-click refresh, FAQ dedupe, real-time cost estimates).

Currently in the works: Telegram as a channel, deeper API and AI-assistant access (we just launched an MCP server with 150+ tools so you can drive your DM Champ account from Claude or other AI assistants), and LinkedIn is being evaluated based on community feedback. Beyond new features, we invest heavily in polishing what's already there.

WHAT APPSUMO BUYERS GET

All future Pro Plan updates, for life. Everything I listed above went to AppSumo users at no extra cost the day it shipped new channels, AI improvements, integrations, all of it. You're on the exact same platform as monthly subscribers; there is no "AppSumo-lite" version. The differences between the AppSumo tiers themselves are limits (credits, AI responses per chat, sub-accounts, instruction size) and the higher tiers unlock things like white-labeling and BYOK.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

Honest answer, it's a short list:

1. Credits are one-time, not monthly recurring. When they run out you top up at $0.10 per credit or, on higher tiers, plug in your own Anthropic API key (BYOK) and all AI operations cost zero credits. Your credits then only go toward infrastructure (e.g. a WhatsApp Web connection is 50 credits/month).

2. Features above your tier. Sub-accounts and white-labeling are gated by tier, not by being an AppSumo buyer the top tiers include full agency white-labeling.

HOW WE COMPARE TO COMPETITORS

Tools like ManyChat, UChat, or ChatRace are flow builders: keyword triggers and predefined paths. DM Champ is an AI sales agent it has actual conversations. It qualifies leads, handles objections, remembers past interactions, books appointments right inside the chat (no external links), runs 3-cycle follow-ups, and closes deals. It does the automation side too (comment-to-DM on Instagram and Facebook, story replies, outgoing campaigns), but the difference shows up after the first message is sent.

It's also broader on channels: WhatsApp (official API or QR-code WhatsApp Web with no Meta approval needed), Instagram, Messenger, SMS, web chat, and iMessage all in one inbox.

And some background: DM Champ started as the internal AI for FueGenix, a hair transplant clinic, where it took them from $5M to $10M in revenue in one year including collecting a $1,000 deposit on a $50,000 treatment with zero human involvement.
