If I have a WhatsApp number connected to your platform via Twilio, I’m aware I can use human handoff to manually reply to a message during the 24 hour period.

I can also send a voice message according to the WhatsApp API rules instead of a typed reply.

Can I manually send a voice message inside DM Champ? I presume this would be via an attachment.
