Q: Plan 4 vs Plan 6

Hi Sohaib,

I'm deciding between AppSumo Plan 4 and Plan 6 for a managed white-label AI agent service.

Could you please confirm three things before I purchase?

1. Is the 100,000-character instruction limit per campaign, including campaigns inside each client sub-account, rather than 100,000 shared across the whole agency account?

2. Apart from the number of sub-accounts and one-time credits, does Plan 6 include any agency/reseller functionality that Plan 4 does not?

3. Specifically, is Stripe credit reselling/client credit top-up available on Plan 4, or is that feature exclusive to Plan 6?

Thanks,

James

A: Hi James,

Happy to confirm all three.

1. Yes, it's per agent (per campaign), not a shared agency-wide pool. The 100,000 characters are counted across the instruction fields of that one agent's playbook, so every agent you build gets its own full budget, including agents inside client sub-accounts. New sub-accounts are created with the 100K budget by default, and you can lower it per client if you want to sell tiered packages.

2. No. Apart from the sub-account count (20 on Tier 4, unlimited on Tier 6) and the one-time credits, the two tiers are identical. White-labeling, sub-account management, credit reselling, BYOK, unlimited AI replies per chat, API access, webhooks and custom functions are all included on both.

3. Yes, Stripe credit reselling works on Tier 4. It unlocks with the white-labeling feature, which Tier 4 includes, so you can connect your own Stripe account, set your own per-credit pricing and let clients top up themselves. Details here: https://help.dmchamp.com/agency/agency-accounts

So for a managed white-label service the only real question is how many client sub-accounts you expect to run and how many credits you want up front.
