I have a question regarding sub-accounts and multi-business usage.
If I purchase Tier 4, can each sub-account have:
its own WhatsApp number,
its own AI agent,
its own knowledge base,
its own campaigns,
and its own independent inbox?
In other words, can I use one sub-account for a RIMAN business, another for ASR, another for a different project, and also provide separate sub-accounts to team members, each with their own WhatsApp and AI assistant?
Or are sub-accounts mainly intended for client access to the same AI setup?
Can a single WhatsApp number be connected to multiple campaigns/AI agents, or does each AI agent require its own WhatsApp number/channel?
For example, if I have one WhatsApp number, can the system route conversations to different AI agents (RIMAN, ASR, etc.) depending on keywords or entry points?

That is basically what they are for: each subaccount should represent one business, one of your clients, or a different project. They are completely separate environments, so there is nothing shared between them.
Regarding a single WhatsApp number connecting to multiple AI agents, yes, that is possible. Routing works with smart keyword detection.
