A: Yes, you can automate the whole thing. Sub-accounts can be created straight from the API with your agency API key, no manual creation needed. From there you can provision the client end to end with that same key: campaigns, AI agents, knowledge base, contacts, channels and phone numbers all accept a sub_account_id parameter, so you never have to log into the client's account. You can also set a default snapshot so every new sub-account is created with your standard setup already loaded. This needs Tier 2 or higher, which is where API access and sub-accounts start.
