Q: Trades & service providers

I don't see the verticals I work with. How or can it work with trade service providers such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC and similar who mostly sell their time and some materials? I would sell it to them under your white label program if I thought it could accomodate verticals like those. Pls let me know

A: Yes, it works for trades. The industry list you saw in setup is just a shortcut that tunes the onboarding questions, it does not lock the product to those sectors. Pick "Other Industries" and carry on. What actually shapes the agent is the business itself: you give it the company website and it writes the first draft of the instructions and FAQs from that, then you add the things that matter for a trade, service area, callout fee, hourly rate, brands they service, emergency versus scheduled work, and what they will not touch. Rate cards and service lists can be loaded into its knowledge base as files.

For a plumbing, electrical or HVAC shop the loop is: enquiry comes in on WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, Messenger or the website chat widget, the AI asks what the problem is, where they are and how urgent it is, then either books the visit (it reads live Google Calendar availability and puts the appointment on the calendar) or raises a task so a human calls back. It also chases the quotes that went quiet, which for these businesses is usually where the money is sitting.

To be straight with you about what it is not: it does not price jobs, dispatch techs, or invoice. It sits in front of whatever field software they already run and handles the conversation, the qualifying and the booking.

White label starts at Plan 3. Your own domain, your logo and name, client sub-accounts (10 on Plan 3, 20 on Plan 4, 100 on Plan 5, unlimited on Plan 6), and you set your own credit pricing for the accounts you resell to. Happy to go deeper on the trade setup if you want specifics.
