Q: Twilio WhatsApp follow up and multi channel

Hi Sohaib,

Some additional clarification questions:

1)A trained bot can be deployed on la channels?
2)Can I attach a different Twilio WhatsApp number to each bot/account?

3)Twilio WhatsApp:
a)WITHIN DM Champ I can use a Twilio template to initiate contact (I don't have to start the interaction outside of DM Champ)?
b)Bot then for replies inside 24hr window?
c)I can set rule that if I manually reply the bot will cooloff for 12 hrs etc?

4)Multi channel flows
Using the same trained bot can I create a workflow based on keywords in the initial message to create a workflow that uses replies by multiple channels i.e:
- Step 1: WhatsApp initiation with approved template
- Step 2: Wait for 3 days
- Step 3: If no reply - Facebook DM
- Step 4: Wait for 3 days
- Step 5: WhatsApp initiation followup using approved template

Yes

Not atm but we are adding this soon

Yes possible

Yes

It pauses itself when you manually reply you will have to manually resume it.

No this is not possible atm
