BLabsQ: Multi products Check-out
1) does your checkout option allow users to select multiple products and checkout in one go like a cart function ? Or would they have to check out individually.
2) if I have a small ai website builder as a product , and a chatbot as another product sold separately , can customers select both for single checkout ? And can I apply any pre-configured discounts or coupon only when they bundle this ?
3) further if this bundle or any other product has a set up fee , would you count that as human services and reject the product to be listed or would you ask me to charge set up fee as services separately ? If not I will have headache to link the productized service & reconcile.
4) is your platform evolved to handle productized service which will be a trend going forward if not already?
5)can bundle checkout happen from iframe embed pages ?

Dec 5, 2025A: 1. Atm we allow cart of 1-time or subscriptions respective ie. you can have multiple products but of only 1 type. We are adding mix cart later this month
2. Technically you can create a checkout session with two products combined. And you can have discount/coupon code on checkout level
3. Setup fee is human element but it's usually acceptable. We may ask additional questions to understand what does the set up fee entail
4. Productized service is a restricted category for Dodo Payments ie. we ask for additional questions and build comfort before support it.
