As early supporters and loyal users, we have always trusted and supported your product, but we did not expect the sudden removal of mobile app access for those of us subscribed through AppSumo. This not only reduces the convenience of using the product but also makes us feel that our contributions and loyalty have been overlooked.
** Founders Please read this.**. I understand that you are trying to increase revenue & customer base. So lets review your decision. By giving mobile access - you keep your early supporters happy and also increase their usage. Its very likely we will go and start buying recurring credits & services and bring in more revenue + say amazing things about your product vs no revenue & limited support
Q: Is your single dialer NOT concurrent a true power dialer?
I watched a video showing your concurrent dialing which I would never use. Is there a delay before they hear me with the single line power dialer?
Next, how do the credits works? I saw another sumoling ask about voicemail drops are NOT included in any tier which is a disappointment so how many calls do I get with voicemail drop rate? Thank you
