Is it one licence per subdomain? Can I have the plugin on (accounts.example.com) so I have store quotations, and (support.example.com) so I can store specs. Thanks

A: Thank you for your question! Each subdomain requires its own separate license. So, for example, if you want to use the plugin on both `accounts.example.com` and `support.example.com`, you would need to purchase a license for each subdomain.
So I cannot use this as a standalone software as a documentation for my personal use?

A: Yes, EazyDocs is built specifically as a WordPress plugin, so it requires a WordPress environment to function. It is not a standalone software that can be used outside of WordPress.
Q: Is it on your roadmap to introduce Ai for document analysis? With a few tweaks this could become a lightweight CLM

I have a DocuSign like product with webhook capabilities. It would be nice to be able to have the documents that get signed to port over, Ai read the document, put a reminder in place letting me know 3 months in advance that it’s going to expire and have the ability to ask questions about a document especially if it has multiple addendums. Also have the ability to remind me of deliverables.

A: EazyDocs is a WordPress plugin that you install directly on your own WordPress site. It is not a hosted product on our servers, so all the content and data remain on your server, giving you full control over your documentation setup.
A: EazyDocs is prioritizing Gutenberg over a specific page builder. We are developing new Gutenberg blocks, and we encourage you to use the Gutenberg editor to create your helpdesk page. We are not currently working for the Bricks Builder.
