A: Hi, sorry—we don’t have a white-label feature. Your clients or customers will see the ElkQR dashboard, which can be accessed only through the Team feature. Hope this helps.
In this plan, you've provided unlimited features, yet the storage limit is set to 6GB. How can we expand this storage? Is it possible to save data to our own cloud or hard drive? Does each QR code use up storage space? With a 6GB limit, how many QR codes can we generate? Additionally, when you mention unlimited workspaces, does each one come with its own 6GB storage?

First of all, nobody offers unlimited storage—it’s not technically possible. Regarding Plan 3: the unlimited workspaces are designed to help you easily organize your business for different purposes. The plan limit applies to your account, not to individual workspaces.

I've been using ElkQR for a little more than 2 years now and I just realized i was at the Growth plan (2 codes). I was thinking of upgrading to tier 3 some time in the future but I just noticed your pricing structure has changed. Before, I had to repuchase the same unique plan and add the new coupon code to my ElkQR billing dashborad in order to upgrade, but now there are 3 tiers.

A: Hi, from the beginning itself, we provided only three plans: 1 Code, 2 Code, and 3 Code. Since you currently have the 2 Code plan, please purchase one more code to upgrade to the highest Enterprise plan. Hope this helps.
Hello, Where can we find in v3 the add-on where we can buy additional storage? Will be great if we were able to use Amazon S3 as storage for ElkQR. Thank you
