Works fine!

The service has some failures at some point, possibly due to over-demand that causes progress to stop or not start, but with a chat with support it is solved immediately by restarting the process.

This is the second million emails that I have verified and I am super satisfied with the service

I prefer not to leave negative reviews, but I'm getting a 17% bounce rate when sending to the "valid" emails reported by Email List Validation.

I've been using since last time on Appsumo, and the high bounce rate is hurting my email reputation and has me searching for a tool to replace this one...very unfortunate.

Seems other users are having major issues as well. Buyer beware.

I do not like to leave negative reviews but for a product to come back to Appsumo without fixing reported CRITICAL bugs in the system from their first LTD offer, and without EFFECTIVE support, is not OK.

Story: We invested heavily into the product and integrated into our system but the issues started to happen since day 1:

1. Jobs gets stuck in pending randomly.
2. Their credit system when using the API accounts for 1000X the call amount. As an example, 10 calls of 250 emails consumed over 2.5 million credits.
3. I have been in touch with support via live chat, they respond days or weeks later, and they keep saying they will send to the team and they never respond (this is 4+ month old issue already).
4. They keep brushing it off under the rug by adding credits but they disappear overnight and the integration stops working until support responds days later if not weeks.

Until they get those issues fixed, this product is a lost investment, stay away. I will make sure to leave a feedback here if they did indeed fix the problems they have as the product has potential.

Sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Email List Validation vs Snovio vs Emailable, when Snovio and Emailable verified emails as valid, many of them were verified as invalid by ELV and vice versa.

Due to quality, I think this deal should not be on AppSumo.

So after sending email the open rates is up. Recommend it.

After testing multiple similar platforms, this platform is - by far - the most inaccurate. Even if you process the same leads multiple times, you'll get completely different outcomes.

And yes - I've contacted them about it, but even after sending 5+ messages, I haven't had a proper response for 3-4 weeks. Doesn't seem like the right business.

The API returns different results as the UI, works very slowly, and drops at even 10 parallel requests, while we were promised that it would be able to handle a burst of 60 requests per second.

Sad to have wasted time on an integration with this tool, just to find out that it's unreliable.

It takes forever to get email verified. I will not recommend this application for your email verification.

While the validation results were satisfactory, the process was excessively slow, making it time-consuming.

I needed to cleanup a few old contact list. This service was a great deal. Very easy and quick to upload and clean up old contact list. We saw a definite increase in performance after the process. Once you list are good you can clean up new contacts. I would recommend.

I bought it to proof my emaillist. I am satisfied. But sometimes the same list got diferent results. If The given results are onces again be proven, they are different from the one before. But in generell it is always better to have proven emails then not proven. But somehow I do not understand how it is possibel that the same list gets different result. But maybe it is my fault.

works perfectly to clean my databases

Every list and campaign starts here... and it works. It helps me remove bad emails, spam traps etc. Downside: doesn't seem to work well with extra large lists, so I break them down into smaller lists to validate.

I really don't like to give bad reviews, but unfortunately I've not had a good experience with this tool and would like to warn anyone who ends up buying this tool just because of the price.

The good:
1. it's the cheapest tool you can get for email validation, and it works.
2. a lot of credits compared to other tools

The bad:
1. credits disappear on their own, support replenishes them, then they disappear again. It's a constant back and forth.
2. sometimes some validation processes get stuck and you can't delete or edit them.
3. no option to remove "only" duplicates

My recommendation to anyone reading this who is looking for an email validation tool: Don't think twice and go to Reoon. The limits seem to be lower there, but it is definitely a more solid tool.

Cost-effective software

Super cost-effective with a reasonable cost

I use this with another email verifier, sort of double checking . And this Email-List-Validation seems to find a few more that the other might have missed. There's no way for me to validate my claim but i am happy to get rid of any extra failed email addresses.

I love this app because it makes our life easier and even our virtual assistant can navigate more easier also because it's easy to understand or user friendly.

This software does not have many integrations or features butcitvdoes validate emails very good.
Glad I bought into it, 1 Mio credits per year is really enough for our usecase and our ISP does not red flag us :-)
