The email validation results are often incorrect. The support is poor or non-existent. I had bought a large package because I needed a lot of validations, but I prefer to pay for emaillistverify.com because the results are much better and the API doesn't fail all the time. Here is a list of outages from today that I am monitoring. app.emaillistvalidation.com is by far in last place of all website monitoring:
