I was coming here to try to get support, since none of the emails they used to contact me from are working. But I see that other users are getting the same issue: no support.
Sad to see that they just abandoned support and didn't even let their user base know about that. Here's my particular error currently, which makes the tool basically USELESS:

No Longer Working and ZERO Support
The service is no longer working. I get an error message when trying to download my "cleaned" emails. And there is ZERO response to support requests. I have 925,000 credits remaining which appear to be useless at this point. Stay away from this product.

I bought this to clean lists and protect deliverability. Instead, it’s been operational drag.
What happened
Reports never download. “Processing” loops, then nothing.
Credits get deducted anyway. No way to view or export validated results.
Tried multiple lists, CSV formats, and browsers. Cleared cache. Same failure.
