Please help me understand if i can create a different subscribers list or a way to categorize my subscribers so I can send them different emails based on my business with them. Can I have multiple list or group the subscribers?

What is the best way to structure a sales funnel using your platform? Can this platform serve as a replacement for systeme.io? I'm looking to manage capture pages, thank you pages, order pages, and opt-ins for email campaigns. This would be for leads subscribing through a capture page. Do you have any instructional videos that cover this process? I've reached out to support twice recently but I haven't received a reply.
A: Hi hhuser3000! We are primarily an email marketing platform. We do not have a sales funnel management system in Enginemailer and cannot be used to replace systeme.io. Hope this clarifies.
I just tried the platform after a couple of weeks of purchase and the editing experience isn't quite great. I like that the emails are a lot and a few other amazing things. However, I found it difficult to navigate the email creation frontend. If you don't mind me asking, do you plan on integrating an editor like Unlayer which has an amazing experience and has less learning curve?

I am trying to buy the Top tier with one million emails . As an Agency can i create account for each of my client in my account to do their campaigns and can they login to each of their account respectively to view activites? Please help so i can buy now
A: Hi Kofi37961! We do not have an agency or white label account in Enginemailer. Each of your customers should have their own Enginemailer account. This way, you can protect the privacy of your cutomer's database and grant them access to their respective instances.
Hi again! Users that have been given rights to access an Enginemailer account will be able to view the entire subscriber database. Hope this clarifies.
