I recently purchased and installed FacePop.io, and here's what stood out to me:

I am AMAZED at the featiures offered by FacePop.

I hope the dev team executes the following to make it perfect:

1) Disable autoplay for direct link usage. As it should load displaying the first frame with the video in a pause state. This would also allow the video to be unmuted, so when the user clicks plays, the video plays with sound as any normal video landing page should behave.

2) Change the “My FacePops” from a dropdown to a search. The search would also be ideal when using the clone feature when creating new FacePops. A search UI is required for users who plan to hosting 20+ videos on the platform.

This is an excellent and easy to use video pop app to add to your website. Make sure you also buy Answerly because you will be able to integrate their Ai chatbot with this Facepop app from the same dashboard.

FacePop is such a cool little app. It's well made, intuitive and just adds so much value to your site. We're using it for both marketing and as a tool to help us onboard new clients.

But above all that, it's their Support that really blew me away. They really went above and beyond for us. We had problems embedding it on our CRM, SuiteDash and the FacePop dev team were incredible. They diagnosed the issue and built a special workaround for us to get it going while SuiteDash fixed their bugs. AMAZING - Thanks FacePop!

I was a bit hesitant about the platform but I was impressed when giving it a try.

The platform is well thought, and feature rich. I'm particularly happy with the great number of e-mail integrations they have. You can basically ditch Zapier.

What is probably the most powerful feature is the funneling, where you can basically build a video journey for your customers. I'm already planning powerful video journeys that boost my sales pages.

Also support was great and fast, I sent a ticket and got an answer and fix in less than 2 hours. And it was a saturday! (Thank you Emma)

Cons: I'm not a big fan of the sign up system nor the initial interface with other products. I'd like to get an independent interface without the bloat.
