I have an online business selling courses in a country where these online comment platforms aren't the norm and I don't used them. I directly want to gather clients comments, with their picture and name(necessarily filled- even if they write anonymus), AND VIDEO, as a choice. Then webhook their email address given privately so I can send them rewards.

Can I do these with your platform? Is LTD for video still available? I didn't see it in the place you mentioned under Manage in the trial account so does that appear for Appsumo users or not anymore? And if it exists, can we download the video feedback?

How do I create new tags, I cannot find where to do that?

But the surveys are sended by mail?

Do you offer a video reviews feature yet?

when you send an invite, can you change the wordings on the text/email?

Also is there a reminder feature? Like when people don’t leave reviews, reminder after a few days?
