I recently purchased a Tier 1 subscription, which is noted to include 3,000 AI credits. However, when checking my account balance, it shows only 587 credits available.
Could you please look into this discrepancy and clarify why the full balance reported is 587 credits?
If I have a Claude account with credits, how do I transfer those credits to FlexClip?

For reference, Tier 1 subscription credits are normally released in two steps: - 20% (600 credits) is available within the first 60 days after code redemption. - The remaining 80% (2,400 credits) will be granted automatically after the 60-day window.
