Hello,

I previously purchased the highest tier FlexClip subscription. Could you please clarify if purchasing the Tier 3 subscription again under the same account would result in a combined annual credit allowance of 19,200? Or would I need to maintain a separate account for the additional purchase?

Q: About the Old Plan Tier 3

Hi, I purchased Tier 3 in 2023. Now you have a new plan. Is my original purchase and its offerings still intact? If not, what exactly has changed. Please be very detailed in making a list of the differences vs. being randomed.

Also my account does not have AI credits included. Will credits be added or is that an add-on because I have an older account?

Is Flexclip included with any of the plans? If so, I am being asked to pay an additional fee.
