Q: I bought Tier 2 and I want to upgrade to the next tier should I buy only 1 code and add it?

- I am a Tier 2 Lifetime user, and I am writing here because my account limits haven't been updated according to the new terms. Even though the deal states that previous customers should receive the new features and limits, my account is still restricted to only 5 stock videos per project and shows as a 'Personal Subscription.' Furthermore, my AI credits balance is at 0. I haven't used my credits, and I should have the Business Level limits (Tier 2). I hope you can fix this soon to honor the agreement. Thank you!
