Q: Previous Tier 2 user: Account limits not updated and AI credits showing 0
I am a Tier 2 Lifetime user, and I am writing here because my account limits haven't been updated according to the new terms.
Even though the deal states that previous customers should receive the new features and limits, my account is still restricted to only 5 stock videos per project and shows as a 'Personal Subscription.' Furthermore, my AI credits balance is at 0.
I haven't used my credits, and I should have the Business Level limits (Tier 2). I hope you can fix this soon to honor the agreement. Thank you!
