The CRM is not yet developed, and the entire software could have been designed differently. The email feature lacks a group email function where emails from the same sender and subject are grouped under one email history. When dealing with a client and trying to add it to a deal/opportunity, if the email is replied to, the opportunity disappears, making it challenging to follow up, especially with hundreds of emails; one can lose track of the ongoing activity. This issue needs to be addressed since the current setup is quite ineffective unless dealing with a small number of clients, in which case, software would be unnecessary. Adding a user allows them to change the setup, reducing control over the email function. The chat button to contact support is not functional. Sometimes, when working and clicking on emails or other internal links, it gives a 404 error. The server is slow. I have not tested the other features, so I am unsure of their functionality. It is an average software that, if properly developed, could become a good one, hence, 3 stars for its potential!

Love almost EVERYTHING about this. First of all, the CRM itself is super intuitive. The UI is great, works fast, etc. TONS to love about it.

The only weakness is the email integration piece. There's no 0Auth integration, so you can't integrate Outlook/Office365. Additionally, Google Workspace accounts will no longer support less secure apps, and will only support OAuth login, so that will eliminate Gmail from the options in Flowlu, which leaves it strictly at IMAP (which neither Google or Outlook will work with).

It seems like Office365 has been on the roadmap for a bit, but not sure about OAuth. Hopefully Flowlu can get the email sorted out, and if they do, it's a slam dunk in every way.

This is really excellent product with all the features one needs to run small to medium sized business. At the beginning I was using free plan but purchased it on AppSumo a few months ago. The roadmap also looks very promising. Keep up the good work.

I love this system, and unlike some of the reviewers, I found the tech support to be speedy and speak directly to my concerns. Glitches were noticed and fixed. Responses were quick and to the point & clearly by someone who understood the technology (not some customer service rep)

We haven't begun to really put the entire system to use, but thus far I am absolutely impressed with the sheer amount of connected functionality being offered here.

I did ask a support person if they have a re-design on the roadmap, and they assured me there is one in the works. If you guys design the UI elements & skin for a dark view closer to ClickUp or NiftyPM — i'll be happier to go to the office :)

Flowlu works better than NiftyPM by the way — no contest! I just miss the comfort of a superior, darker design & look forward to having some smoother options in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

Tras pasar por Trello, KanbanFlow, Notion, ASana,... tengo un gestor que me permite crear y gestionar mis proyectos de manera sencilla pero muy profesional.

Sencillo sencillo al principio no es. Pero cuando comprendes la mecanica y los conceptos y te preparas tus plantillas es sencillisimo ir creando proyectos y llevar el control del trabajo en equipo.
Que además tenga CRM para mi es un plus.
