This is a must have tool for your business. The difference beetwen Flowlu and other similar products is that Flowlu have very intuitive UX/UI. Everything works like it should. In buisness managament there are days when i am overwhelmed and have too much... but with Flowlu i never ever waiste my time to watch on app and think "where i should to click to do this"... Realy, GREAT UI is the best reason to pick this one!

I run an Agency and I have personally used countless project/business management software. Some of them good and some not so good.

I was searching for a LTD for a really good and feature rich software. On AppSumo I found quite a few but almost all fo them were missing the mark. Something or the other was missing.

Fortunately, I finally found a good software with plethora of features. And with a trust that they will further improve it in the coming years.

Pros:
> Super featured CRM. You won't really find this good CRM in all-in-one software.
> Amazing automation features to make your life easier.
> Kanban boards and project management better and more robust than Trello.
> Time tracking.
> Knowledge base.
> Team management and Chat (This was missing in bloo).
> Plethora of features to customise as per your company's unique requirements.
> Good future vision.

Cons:
It's already a great software that is far better than most.
> In order to compete with Zoho One, Zoho Workplace & Bitrix24, they have to add quite a few major feature release.
> Feature that are missing: Website development, Email Marketing, Full featured HR management and hiring processes, Full business email suite like Zoho Email & Gsuite.

But again this is my list of desires in order to get away from bigger project management and business management companies.

Overall I love Flowlu and its a steal deal. Do not miss out on this if you need any project/team management software for your company. This is better than all those which were previously featured on App Sumo. Buy confidently.

Have been using flowlu for a week and I'm feel very lucky to own it. It is easy to use, customizable and meet my needs. Even better, it can handle finance task including invoicing. So far, this is the best project management platform for me. I bought 1 code and now thinking to add more. Five tacos for sure.

This product is fast, sleek and feature rich. I really like the knowledge base module. Used quite a few similar tools in the past, but this one fast became the main and only one we use now. What I do miss though is option to change the labels on the knowledge base module (search, read more, etc...), as that way frontend could be quickly and easily translated to any language. I love the general CNAME, and also separate one for each knowledge base. This one alone is worth the investment. I do recommend getting this. BR K

I'm a solopreneur, I'm getting in to the business of web side of world, the onboarding with detailed steps / checklists of how to setup and do things is good workflow, but there's room more more unified UI / UX, options to bill different organisations under a service is nice, but a different workspace would be a welcome addition to differentiate the organisation.

The whole finance part is as an integration is good one from estimate to invoicing, hope proposals and contracts are added in near future, so prospecting for client would be useful for solopreneurs like me all in a place, as this tool does it.

When I'm comparing it to other tools, Flowlu is exceptional because it combines so many tools into one (hence "all in one") and because it is already very mature and doing it all so well now, not in the future (hence "all in wonder").
It combines project management tools, CRM, project workflows, cash flow forecasting, invoicing, automate billing, track revenue, optimize expenses, bank accounts syncing, knowledge sharing, mind mapping, automations, and custom lists.
It integrates with Stripe, Square, PayPal, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Zendesk, Gmail, Outlook and more.
And then there's the upcoming client portal to look forward to!
So as good as it is - it looks like it's only going to get better.

This CRM software is good so far. Promising solution with a solid roadmap. The fast loading speed, a helpful knowledge base feature, and a mindmap feature for internal training make it the best all-in-one program on the market.
Was happy to find FlowLu, as i was searching for a tool like this and therefore I did check out also quite a few others, but, Flowlu is the best mix and solution which I liked most, also in terms of speed, compared to others this is quite a big difference. Of course, there are a few things missing which I would like to have included, but, there are many features on the roadmap, so, nothing to complain and just happy for now

Flowlu is Business Management software. So it has a bunch of tools to run your company from project management and customer relationship management (CRM) to finance tracking. Don't expect this to be like your Quicken software or similar software. But it is pretty powerful as it has a ton of features. It can be very overwhelming and so just word of caution that when you get this app and when you log in, you're going to see so many features. So you just have to go one by one and try to use every feature and dig deep at first.

I won't repeat all the features that are listed on this deal page or on their home page, but highlight a few of them.

The UI has a modern look and feel and easy to navigate different areas mostly using menu on a left bar area with sub-menus fold and unfold when clicked.

Support is supper fast with in-app chat & email options along with their knowledge base and help articles plus video tutorials. Video tutorials have some ways to go, but their team is focused on feature enhancements. So, don't expect some fancy video tutorials anytime soon.

They have a mobile app for both android and iOS. I installed the iOS app on my iPhone, but haven't used it yet. It looks good to me, but the founder has said that they want to overhaul the app to make it much better in the near future. That's probably several months away. But, I like the attitude and thoughts of the founder and the team. You can track projects and tasks.

- Project workflows
- Gantt charts, they kind of show you project timelines with milestones.
- time tracking checklists, reports etc.

Financial management and invoicing.
- you can send invoices, you can send recurring invoices, and invoice approvals, revenue and expense reports, cash flow forecasting, it'll help you with those.

- contacts, your email syncing, you can build custom fields for your contacts, web forms for lead generation, you can integrate that and you can manage your contacts in there. It has opportunities and sales funnels under CRM.

- collaborate with your team members for different things to manage your project. You can get notification, you can comment and have kind of messenger type messages, you can do project chat, you can also brainstorm using mind maps. So, it's really powerful.

You can have your own knowledge base. So it's like a knowledge base software built in and as well as your own articles with external access; you can export to your website, and a pretty good search capability. I haven't tried all of the features to be totally honest. And it's just a first look and I'm slowly going to transition over to Flowlu. They're still developing. They have this Agile Project Management, Kanban board, sprints, estimation and burndown chart. So it's just pretty deep but I suggest you do one thing at a time and then you go deep as you need any of these features. Very good onboarding which is setup as a project with a list.

I am a freelancer with plenty of projects from different platforms such as Upwork and established clients and agencies. I have been struggling to stay on top of all my tasks while timing the amount of work for each of my clients. Flowlu has been a very good solution and proves to have a lot of potentials, especially when you look at their roadmap. I am very happy with the decision.

I would love to see more integrations with Flowlu with third parties as well as for this to become the all-in-one tool to run your business e.g. proposals, client portal, etc. But so far so good!

This is a must have tool for your business. As long term users of ActiveCollab moving to Flowlu is exciting. More features than you can think of to manage not only our projects but also as a CRM (time to say bye to hubspot maybe). the mindmap feature alone is going to streamline our projects. White-label is a must so make sure you get 3 codes at least. Don't let this gem pass you buy. Well worth it :)

I have tried many project management platforms in the past and I am using Flowlu mostly for their task/project tools. Now they may not have as many features as others, but they have all the essentials like kanban, list view, todo list and calendar view. They say they have a gantt chart but have not been able to find it. It’s interesting that they have their own “apps” to install, such as their mind mapping tool/time indicator. I guess for those who don’t use certain tools, they make it optional so as not to add clutter. However they are coming out with task dependencies that can be used with their other tools. Having task dependencies is a must with larger projects.
The UI is simple yet easy to follow and use. So far it looks like a very well developed platform. I would like to be able to add/edit the task categories (ie todo, in progress). They have a lot of features coming and their support is responsive. I was afraid that they try to do everything yet not do anything well, but so far their tools are generally well done. Knowing this platform is getting worked on a daily basis and their community has many followers gives me confidence in their future.

Flowlu one of the best purchases made for my business so far. Excellent software to manage all activities without switching multiple apps. I was using Hubspot, Trello for my business and finally found an alternative to switch. I would love to see accounting (finance section) in this software as a future update, which would totally change the game.
My experience with this software is fantastic so far. I highly recommend Flowlu if you're a business owner.

Things I like:
* Now can manage all my employees and assign them projects and tasks seamlessly.
* Can manage multiple businesses in a single dashboard.
* Love the collaboration tools like kanban boards and mindmaps. It's a time saver!

Things I want flowlu team to work on:
* Better IOS app design. The current app is a bit dull.

Best Project & Team management tool whether you have 2 or 1000 employees. Have all the important features in one tools & don't have to navigate multiple tools. The best is the simplicity.

Love Flowlu! It is a true CRM solution to help small businesses managing projects and tasks. I plan to use it mainly as a client portal and CRM. I have done a lot of research before stacking 6 codes. They seem to be very generous of the features by offering unlimited seats.

It's easy for all in one tools of this type to try to be everything for everyone.

This is where Flowlu stands out. The concept behind the architecture of the platform seems very clear and focused to me. It aims to manage your entire product cycle from lead to payment. And if your business model fits into the model it does it very well. This is why it's so popular with agencies I believe.

The transition from email to opportunity to quotation to closing and then comprehensive project management (be it regular or agile projects) is seamless within the app and information on client, project and communication is collected along the way and passed forward. Add to that the automations and workflows that are available at various stages and you end up with massive time saving potential on business management.

The only puzzle pieces that are missing (other than feature enhancements here and there) in my opinion are a client portal and proposals / contracts/ e-signatures. Both of which are on the roadmap at the moment. That said it's important to understand the app is not (yet) trying to be everything for everyone. You will still need external tools for work outside the product cycle such as marketing automation, or accounting / hr.

All in all a slid platform with a great base and even greater potential.

Flowlu is used for our small-business project. This is the first time I've ever used an all-in-one accounting system, though I've used different accounting programs in the past. I find it to be really convenient to have HR, clients, and finance all in one spot. As for my personal business, I require a relatively simple accounting application like Flowlu, as we just deal with cash and online bank transfer operations. There are several other platforms that impose constraints and enabling customers and invoices to be infinite is one of them. As my business grows, there are certain aspects that will assist with it. So long as I plan on creating further businesses, I know I can simply choose to start new ones instead of having to recreate everything from scratch. This interface is quite simple to use, and therefore I am still currently working on the various tasks. The calendar and file storage are great for us as they are without the issues that arise from having to share the link or uploading the calendar to other platforms.

We've been testing around Flowlu because we're looking for an alternative for our current PM and CRM softwares. Our current PM and CRM tools are okay, but the full white-label promise on this app is what really prompted us to give Flowlu a try.

It does have the core features working so far as per our tests. For instance, we were able to setup multiple projects, tasks, events, and agile projects without any issue. Deletion and modification of details also works like a charm.

What I really like about Flowlu is the "smooth feel" when loading and transitioning to different tabs. Mind maps module is basic, but it does the job done. The documentation is very helpful. Online support was able to answer our queries promptly during official working hours; and has promised to rollout the features we are looking for in their future updates (e.g. ability to hide the Feed page and fixes relating to full white label).

CRM module looks promising, but we're not ready just yet to transition until the full white label is delivered. For instance, when inviting an Employee and/or Contact, the person also receives a welcome email from Flowlu (team at flowlu.com) with their branding (e.g. logo, email address, help and support linking to Flowlu, etc.). This is on top of the actual invitation email sent for registration on the system. Custom domain and custom email address are working. I just wish there is an option for us to choose not to send the other welcome email from team at flowlu.com if a custom domain and custom email address were already setup.

If true white label is not an issue for you at the moment (or not an issue at all), then I'd say go and give it a try also. It's a functional product as it is right now with great potential to be at par with the major players in the market. We'll be keeping this purchase and hopefully Flowlu team will be able to deliver true white label soon and the rest of the features on the roadmap. Flowlu is a must for my business. I can do everithing I need, invoicing, store my clients, manage project, etc.

I'm wating for spanish version but current version is very easy to use.

I have tried multiple project management SaaS products. I've triedZoho, Pipedrive, NiftyPM, and Hubspot CRM. They've all been good...in their own ways, but I have to sacrifice 'something' with each product. I finally found Flowlu, a solution that allows me to manage everything in one place! No more juggling SaaS products for project management and CRM management. Having all information in one place normally means paying out the wahoo for a high-end, established product. Not with Flowlu! For a reasonable price, you get a well-designed, beautiful all-in-one management tool.
