Great, simple app
I have only used it for approx. an hour, but I already love it. It is simple and the first thing I did was to add an MCP connection. Now, I use ConnectFlow (Flow), later Wamysender for cold reach on LinkedIn and Emails, have my AI agent update the progress and add the process to Fluid. This way I have the greater picture of the to-dos, and my assistant handles the process.

Fluid manages my workflow EXACTLY as I envisioned
A week after purchasing my Fluid license, I am using the thing as if it was months. I am completely familiar with views and functionalities and was able to set up my worflow exactly as I needed.
I tried quite a few CRMs (close to 10 I would guess) and none was a fit for a one man team (which os my case). I wouldn't hesitate to state that Fluid is the best solution out there for a solopreneur.
Finally, the best part is support. No AI BS. A talented and friendly human responds within a day. One of my suggestions is already implemented !

Great Simple Software
Simple CRM that does what it should. Many functions that are not yet there are on the roadmap and so far, the roadmap makes good progress.
The main function I miss on the roadmap, is the implementation of a direct IMAP4 connection to E-Mails. Additionally, some more sophisticated automation possibilities would be nice
All in all, a great product, and simple to use.

Brilliantly simple CRM that just works

FluidCRM is ideal for those just starting out with CRM
Typically, implementing a CRM is a difficult task.
With FluidCRM, you can get up and running quickly without wasting time on a lengthy implementation process.
Plus, now is a great time to buy, as it is available at a very low price.
I feel there is a lack of space for providing feedback; while there is a roadmap, it is very basic and doesn't really encourage users to share their opinions.
I would also suggest UX improvements—the interface is very simple, which can be quite frustrating at first.
I would also like to see a Dark Mode, as that has become the standard these days.
And I’d like more frequent e-mail updates on development progress—at least once every week or two.
It is worth investing in FluidCRM and keeping an eye on its future development.
