I noticed after the fact that to activate you needed to send an email and wait 2 days, which I did.
I've seen nothing back, and not one of my support emails since I purchased has been responded to. I also tried the chat inside the dashboard. Nothing. I'm not sure how to get anyone's attention at this point?

You should write your email out just like we did above.

We have found your email inside of Google's Quarantine folder. Unfortunately, your email is subject to Google's email guidelines and as such ended up in Quarantine. We have no control over this at all. That said, we will process it today.
I'm not using Google and if that's the case there is a big issue with your system because you must get a lot of this. The subject line was clear that I was redeeming my appsumo coupon per instructions. Maybe check quarantine for emails such at that? I tried from chat in the dashboard, email, etc. and no response. I look forward to this being processed today.
Hello Evelyn, there is nothing wrong with our system as it's not ours. This is 100% how Google sees your email when you email someone on Gmail. Google Quarantine service is 100% managed by Google and we provide absolutely zero input. Google saw your email and placed it into quarantine. Nonetheless, we fixed it and that's what this forum did to help get you set up! Thanks for joining the FlyMSG fam
Thank you. Now my account says "Your current plan Growth (Yearly Plan)". It says it is lifetime. Also, I can't get the LinkedIn response tool to work anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. What do I have to do to get that working again please?
