I just sent an email with my account email address and my activation license. I used a Gmail account to send it because, for some reason, your system must be blocking my Outlook account.
I thought we would get this done today after two weeks of waiting, but you went silent after your response. Never heard from you again. You really need to work on your customer service.
Joel the reason why you had such a challenge is that you never sent an email to our email and you never sent a code per the instructions shown on the screen after the purchase. The AppSumo Team provided that for you today and we have another 48 business hours from that email. We solve your issue in less than 6 of those 48 hours. We did a fantastic job. I see the team already activated you.
Q: Does the FlyCuts imports wizard natively support importing snippets directly from TextExpander?
I saw the imports wizard is included in the lifetime plan. I currently use TextExpander and want to switch over, but I need to know if the wizard natively pulls in TextExpander snippets and triggers, or if it only supports a generic CSV upload that I would need to reformat myself. Thanks in advance.

A: Good Question. Answer is: CSV upload/download. We don't let them into our app and they don't let us into their app for obvious reasons. They don't allow open APIs to make switching easy. Also, we do 8x more writing functions than text expander with FlyMSG, but they do have features like variables which are coming to a theater near you. I still haven't received my activation email sent on July 18th. Based on other comments here, it sounds like it may have ended up in quarantine. Could someone from support check on this?
Hello yes we can for sure. All you have to do is write your email out like this hey support at Vengreso dot com. Can you confirm you sent it to there and if so reply with the email but write it out like we did above please?
I noticed after the fact that to activate you needed to send an email and wait 2 days, which I did.
I've seen nothing back, and not one of my support emails since I purchased has been responded to. I also tried the chat inside the dashboard. Nothing. I'm not sure how to get anyone's attention at this point?

I'm not using Google and if that's the case there is a big issue with your system because you must get a lot of this. The subject line was clear that I was redeeming my appsumo coupon per instructions. Maybe check quarantine for emails such at that? I tried from chat in the dashboard, email, etc. and no response. Hello Evelyn, there is nothing wrong with our system as it's not ours. This is 100% how Google sees your email when you email someone on Gmail. Google Quarantine service is 100% managed by Google and we provide absolutely zero input. Google saw your email and placed it into quarantine.
