I am a Tier 10 early adopter from first launch,
Marcos and the team have evolved this platform into a really robust platform – I have been part of the evolvement. Marcos is responsive as well.
It is clear they are committed, and passionate...also business savvy - a capability I love seeing in a founder.
Marcos has clearly identified that the AI creative is lacking, however, without shutting the platform or LTD, he has communicated this with a long-term solution of Followr creative, an integrated bolt on - that considers early adopters. For that Marcos you get extra topping on your taco!
As someone that needs a tight white label, this is an area of constant development. The hiding menu options are a half solution.
I would love to see custom user profiles that we can create and apply when onboarding a user to a company set.
Would also love to have Followr Plus and Straico hidden, where if the user wants more advanced AI engines, the CTA button will email this interest to the agency billing email, and we can discuss, bill and activate our end, specifically apply to the user. We get billed directly from Followr for the annual amount. Nice and simple value add we can confidently communicate to our users.
Not sure how Followr Creative will work and may make the last point redundant.

To get decent text and images, you have to pay an extra 10. They still use GPT-4 for text and Nano Banana 2 in most plans, and even though they bring their own API key, you still get a charge...

I agree with all comments posted regarding the stay away. This started as a cheap simple Ltd that was perfect for what it was.
Now it’s just illusions of grandeur of a founder that wants to be Canva and a top tier product that fails to deliver where everything is priced 10x than the (insert AI model here) to build their full stack.
Wish it wasn’t too late for a refund.

I think many of the 1-star reviews are totally unfair.

As users, we should remember that we received this as a lifetime deal, and AI costs are becoming extremely expensive. Expecting every new high-cost AI model and every future premium feature for free forever simply isn’t realistic.

Our LTD already includes Creative Studio, but many users are also demanding Follower Studio for free. Is that really fair? In today’s market, AI infrastructure costs are very high. At the same time, the Follower team has continued providing AI credits and maintaining the platform from the beginning without interruption.

As LTD users, we are already getting continuous updates and improvements at no additional cost. I believe we should focus more on the core social media management features included in the LTD, while understanding that some advanced studio features may reasonably require separate pricing. That’s how a company can stay sustainable long-term and continue serving users for years.

And honestly, Follower is already delivering amazing value:
Smooth scheduling experience
AI media creation has improved significantly
Much less manual editing needed now
Text generation quality has improved a lot

I’m especially excited about the upcoming CSV bulk import feature. Once that becomes available, users will be able to generate content using their own external AI tools and upload posts in bulk for scheduling without consuming Follower AI credits. That could be a complete game-changing feature.

If they continue improving in this direction, there’s absolutely no reason not to give this product 5 stars.

TL;DR: Followr fails to meet user expectations in three main areas: reliability, AI quality, and customer support.

The heavily marketed AI feature is especially disappointing. It produces generic text that requires heavy editing, offering no real advantage over free tools or competitors.

With so many stable alternatives out there that actually offer seamless scheduling and reliable support, spending your money on Followr simply isn't worth it.
