Q: can't get connected to google sheets
looked for "help" anywhere on site and didn't find it. I've connected via zapier and the data all comes over as one packet. used a formatter to split text but it doesn't split.

This isn't a deal breaker by any means but it is frustrating and even more so because I couldn't find a support email address or chat window anywhere

For the Google Sheets error (code 400), that typically means the connection needs to be re-authorized. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Google account in Settings -> Integrations. Make sure the target spreadsheet still exists and hasn't been renamed or moved.

Regarding Zapier sending data as "one packet" -- the built-in Google Sheets integration actually maps each form field to its own column automatically, so once the connection issue is resolved it should work much better for your use case than the Zapier route.
