Q: Real Form to Webform
Hi, I'm a tax person. I have several tax forms (for example: form W9) that I use frequently. Can I turn that form into webform and have my clients submit online? Please let me know. Thank you!

Yes, you can absolutely recreate forms like a W-9 as a web form in FormRobin and have your clients fill them out online. Here's how you could do it:
The quickest way is to use the AI form generator. Just type something like "Create a W-9 tax form with fields for name, business name, federal tax classification, exemptions, address, city, state, ZIP, and taxpayer identification number" -- and it'll build the form for you in seconds. You can then tweak the fields as needed.
You can also build it manually from scratch using our 13 field types (short text, dropdowns, checkboxes, etc.) to match your paper form exactly.
Once created, you can share the form via a direct link or embed it on your website. Submissions come straight to your dashboard, and you can export them as CSV or send them to Google Sheets automatically.
One thing to note -- FormRobin doesn't currently support e-signatures or uploading a PDF to auto-convert it. So for forms that legally require a wet/electronic signature, you'd need a separate e-signature tool for that part.
Hope that helps!
