1) You can read a product comparison here: thefusebase.com/comparison/fusebase-vs-superokay/
2) We have an automation module that allows you to add your own workflows. You can also create processes within the portal. Our processes are currently simpler than those in Moxo, but we are working on expanding their capabilities.
If we setup a portal to have multiple folders representing different clients, how should navigation to those folders appear on the main portal?
For example, is it best practice to use main folders for functions, e.g. "Meeting Notes", then have a sub-folder under that for each client? If so, will "Meeting Notes" on the sidebar now have a dropdown that only shows the sub-folder for the logged in client? Please give an example of best practice for navigation links using granular folder permissions. Thank you!
At the moment, granular permissions can be set at the folder level (not for subfolders). This means you can create separate folders for each client, and within those, subfolders for different types of data (documents, projects, etc.). As a result, each client will only see their own folder and will not have access to other clients’ folders.
Ok, thanks. We don't want each client name (folder) exposed on the sidebar of the main portal, so: 1) How would a client log in to the main portal homepage, and then navigate to their folder's portal page? 2) Or, is there a way for clients to login and immediately see their folder's portal page?
Q: Database
Can a counsellor use this software for a client data base?
I believe so. You will be able to populate our database with clients and either share the database or create client portals based on it. However, ideally, we would need to learn more about your specific use case to provide a more precise answer.
We can arrange a call to discuss this in more detail. If you are interested, please select the "Book Demo" option on our website and choose a...

Thanks for your prompt response. I have tried doing what you have advised but not sure it's working when submitting. Can you advise please?
Could you share more details about the flow you are working on?
Hi there, for some reason, its not allowing me in past in all my queries. Not sure if there is a limit to what can be pasted in?
Q: Change Login Portal Design
Can we change it? Currently, the design is a template by Fusebase, and we cannot redesign it.
