Bonjour, Je suis un cabinet comptable. j'ai acheté une version à vie avec un nombre de crédit chaque mois sur APPSUMO. A l'époque j'avais demandé si j'avais droit a cette option en cours de développement. Votre réponse a été OUI. Cependant, aujourd'hui je n'ai pas le droit d'être en cabinet comptable. Pouvez vous procéder au remboursement ou avoir droit au cabinet comptable s'il vous plait ?

A: Bonjour, Merci de nous avoir contactés. Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas reclasser les comptes existants en tant que cabinets comptables. Cependant, nous pouvons transférer la licence à un nouvel utilisateur classé comme comptable. Nous avons déjà effectué ce transfert pour vous.

Q: Why this monthm this app doesn't show all invoices?
Why this monthm this app doesn't show all invoices? Past month everythin was ok, it showed all invoices and this mont some I can see and some it dosent want to open. There is ne anby support, where I can add some question or recived some help.
