Q: Why this monthm this app doesn't show all invoices?
Why this monthm this app doesn't show all invoices? Past month everythin was ok, it showed all invoices and this mont some I can see and some it dosent want to open. There is ne anby support, where I can add some question or recived some help.

I bought Tier 1, started the software and used most of my 100 monthly credits to download this year's invoices and other things recognised by the software as receipts etc. Now I wanted to upload a statement but the system replied ‘Not enough credits (4 available)’. How much credit do I need to upload a bank statement? I didn't find any information on this in the product description and was surprised that the upload costs credits at all, and obviously more than 4.

Uploading a statement consumes credits based on the number of pages and number of transactions that it contains. If it's a long PDF with many transactions that's why it probably needed more than 4 credits.
Thank you for your answer. Do you have a general conversion key (e.g. 1 page = 1 credit)? In my example, the bank statement has 7 pages with a total of 35 posting items. I don't even know whether I will use this function (I wanted to test it first), because I actually reconcile the bank postings with the documents in my Lexware tax software.

Any plans to return? I did not account for bank statements eating alot of credits. I'm hoping to upgrade my purchase.
