Can you explain if Gmail invoices can go directly to xero? And can this software extract invoices from go high level, stripe, eWay, or PayPal and move them to Xero too?
I've seen on your roadmap FreeAgent integration is coming - do you have an ETA on this and will it be included in the AppSumo plan?
Myself and a client both use FreeAgent, will it be possible to allocate the number of invoices on these tiersr across multiple businesses when this feature is released? I'm not talking full blown white label but using the core service for more than 1 business (so more than 1 email).

There's no ETA right now, depends on how high it gets on the roadmap, and right now we would need to clear a lot of features first before getting to that one. But, it will be included on AppSumo when released.
Regarding the businesses feature, yes, it will allow that.

I understand your concerns, and we take security as a serious matter.
For security, we've completed a CASA Tier 2 security audit, and also independently implement a range of technical and organizational measures, including (but not limited to) end-to-end encryption (in transit and at rest), role-based access controls, regular security audits and vulnerability assessments and data minimization and strict access logs as some examples.
The AI does not have access to your email. We only use AI to process text from an invoice and populate the fields such as vendor, invoice id, etc. We access your emails only to find invoices at your discretion and none of them are saved on our database. Only recognized invoices get saved. We access your emails using official protocols, such as the Gmail API, Outlook API or IMAP protocol.
That being said, if you don't want to connect your emails, you're not obligated to. You can just upload invoices manually or use our Chrome extension to fetch them from portals like Amazon, Uber, ...
Q: Email routing
Is this included for LTD - Email Routing? How about any new features coming? Also MRR?

Yes we integrate with Xero and you can can automatically create bills from invoices.
Our Chrome Extension can fetch invoices from portals, Stripe and Paypal are on the list. Check the full list on get-invoice.com/integrations
